The Phreeky Dragon |
|
The Phreeky Dragon is a cartoon image that Lisa Lees began drawing sometime in her college years (1971-1976). Its roots are spread through the underground comic scene of the late sixties and the early days of personal computing in the late seventies (before the IBM PC or Microsoft Windows).
The logo image used here was scanned from an impression made from a figure cut to be used with a letterpress. (Lisa once had a small Kelsey letterpress, but became tired of moving cases of type from one rented abode to another. As is so often the case, she wishes she had somehow hung onto it.)
